Here I like to list out my new routine with my canine and i will do this for 4 weeks. 3 days a week.
Routine
1) Slow walk ( Bare in mind my puppy need to do his biz while out....hrmmm ). I called this routine strecthing and poo poo time . est. time 10 minutes.
2)Sit ,Stay and Come ( my puppy will sit and stay while I speed run in short Distance and stop,then called him to come). Do 3 to 5 times ... since my puppy will lost his focus in short time
3) 10 minutes, jog ..... Since my partner is still puppy and need to build up his stamina and also my self we will increase the period slowly .... heheh
4) Slow walk for cool down.
5) weight lifting - my puppy with be in sit and stay position, weight lift 10 times per set for 3 set, in between sets I will called my puppy to come and play fetch.
